  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change product pricing or availability without notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched.
  • We accept all major debit and credit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout.

4.        Shipping and Delivery

 

·      Standard and express delivery options are available at checkout

·      Free delivery is offered on orders over £50 – please note this excludes certain bulky or special order items

·      Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed

·      You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

5.        Returns and Refunds

 

·      Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

·      To initiate a return, please contact us via sales@milwaukeetoolsleiceester.co.uk

·      Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected. If the item has been damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper packaging during the return we may deduct from the refund to cover the loss in value or refuse the return altogether.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use any products purchased through this website. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods you have purchased.
