Refund policy

At CMJ Mccarthy LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation.

• Custom-built or made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@milwaukeetoolsleicester.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
